After 50+ years of hosting String Fling as a two-day January event, we are looking forward to providing a new one-day experience on October 29, 2024.

About String Fling
For 51 years String Fling has offered string students in grades 5-9 the opportunity to participate in a fun-filled weekend of orchestra rehearsals and performances. Students get to work with experienced conductors and play in a large ensemble with peers from across the state of Kansas and beyond!
